LITTLE DRAGONS (4+)

Super fun sessions designed to teach practical safety and defence skills and have a blast whilst doing it! Our early years framework led syllabus encourages key learning outcomes and fosters resilience, focus and co-ordination. Ages 4-8yrs.

KIDS KUNG FU & KICKBOXING (8+)

For older kids ready to take it to the next level we teach our BMABA accredited self defence syllabus. Build confidence, awareness and a growth mindset with useful, practical skills for the times we live in. Age 8-15yrs.

ADULTS KUNG FU & KICKBOXING (16+)

Fun and friendly classes teaching our BMABA recognised self defence syllabus. You can expect to get fit, learn practical defense skills and Kickboxing and have a great time doing it!

Ages 16+.

WHO WE ARE

Run by 2nd Degree Black Belt and CYT5oo hour Yoga instructor Chris Baird, D.C.M.A offer first-class martial arts and fitness training to the local community. Our classes are affordable, accessible and aim to improve the quality of life of our students and members. We hold weekly Self Defence, Kickboxing, Yoga and Fitness sessions in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at our venue in Brislington.
